Accessibility Statement

How this website is built to be usable by everyone, and how to tell us if something gets in your way. Prepared 29 September 2026.

1

Our aim

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification or other assistive technology. We build and test it against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

2

What we have done

Every page has been checked with automated accessibility testing at desktop and mobile widths, with no issues found at the time of writing. Text and background colours meet the WCAG contrast ratios, every form field has a label, images carry text alternatives, and headings follow a logical order.

You can move through the whole site with a keyboard, focus is always visible, and a "Skip to content" link appears first. Pages reflow at 390 pixels wide and when text is enlarged, and animation is switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.

3

What is not perfect yet

Automated testing cannot find every problem, and the site has not yet been reviewed by a panel of assistive technology users. Some links take you to other services, such as Google reviews and WhatsApp, whose accessibility is outside our control.

4
